ATTERIS SECURES ENGINEERING CONTRACT FOR THE PROPOSED BROWSE TO NORTH WEST SHELF DEVELOPMENT
Atteris Pty Ltd has been awarded a contract for concept definition engineering services for the proposed Browse to North West Shelf Development. Atteris’ scope includes design of the infield layouts, infield flowlines, dynamic risers and the export trunkline.
Woodside Energy (Woodside) as Operator for and on behalf of the Browse Joint Venture, is proposing to develop the Browse resources located offshore Western Australia. The concept is based predominately on proven technologies including two Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) facilities, one located over the Brecknock and Calliance fields and one located over the Torosa field. Gas will be exported to the Karratha Gas Plant via an approximate 900 km trunkline to existing NWS infrastructure.
Atteris’ General Manager Dermot O’Brien said “Atteris is proud to be supporting Woodside through the concept definition phase of the proposed Browse development, following on from our work in the concept development phase. We look forward to continuing our strong relationship with Woodside by enhancing its value in this landmark project.”
